Branches

Liberal Youth relies upon its local branches, regions and state organisations. They do the work on the ground and they help shape the future of our organisation.

LY has two state organisations (Liberal Youth Scotland and Liberal Youth Wales) and a number of English Regions, you can find out more about the one local to you below, just click through the tabs.

If you are interested in setting up a local branch, whether it be in co-ordination with your local party or on your University/College campus, please click on the ‘How do I set up a local/uni branch?’ tab below for more details or contact the relevant Convenor.

It’s difficult keeping on top of all of our branch’s details and activities so if you’re a branch chair, please provide us with an update via the ‘Add my branch’s details’ tab below.

Thanks!

Scotland and Wales

Scotland and Wales have a different status to the English Regions. They are both still devolved but act more autonomously than the English Regions; appropriate as their respective countries have more too.
