It’s time to talk sense on drugs…

…the war on drugs may sound serious, but it doesn’t work.

By criminalising drug possession we are forcing addicts to live in a world where the rulers are the drug dealers and the way out is prison. Does that make sense to you?

Liberal Youth believe it’s time talk sense on drugs.

We can’t stop people taking drugs, but we can have a sensible drugs policy that takes into account the actual consequences of drugs use and provides users with the help they need to quit.

Liberal Youth are calling for the the UK to introduce a sensible drugs policy, based on real evidence of the effects of drug use. We are also lobbying for the support networks needed to address drugs issues properly.
