LY at Federal Conference
At the last Federal Conference in Birmingham, Liberal Youth had a hugely successful time. We had a huge presence alongside numerous youth organisations in the Youth Zone and hosted several fringe events, as well as having LY representatives on the panel for many others.
Perhaps most impressively, we were the largest policy-making organisation there! To name just two successes, our motions on Employment and Support Allowance reform and drugs policy reform gained huge support and made it onto the Liberal Democrat policy book.
This year we hope for more of the same success stories – and some.
As we get more confirmations roll in, we will update this page with all you need to know about what we will be up to this year, and how to get involved yourself. Please keep checking back and if there is anything you urgently want to know in advance email our Events Officer Harry Matthews at events@liberalyouth.org
